This could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its classic nose of oyster shell, iodine, quinine, citrus and cool floral
scents. The powerful yet refined larger-scaled flavors are like rolling rocks around in your mouth before they culminate
in a racy, intense and beautifully well-balanced and hugely long finish. Like the Grenouilles, this merits a big wow!
