Chablis
Chablis is the most northerly wine region in Burgundy producing classic dry white wines from the Chardonnay grape including: Petit Chablis, Chablis,
Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. The wines are known for their aromatic purity, fresh acidity and intense minerality, characteristics that
reflect the terroir, a cooler climate combined with Kimmeridgian chalk soils. Traditionally Chablis is unoaked and vinified in stainless steel tanks,
although today some wines will see time in cask.
