General

Burgundy Wine Cellar does not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you

are 18 years of age or over. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. When we accept your order and receive your payment 

a contract is made between us. All contracts are subject to UK law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, UK Duty and VAT paid (non-reclaimable). Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout. We reserve the 

right to change prices at anytime. If a product is mispriced we will contact you to ask if you wish to continue with your order at the revised price. Any  

payments already taken on cancelled orders will be refunded to your account.

Payment

UK payments: We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards securely online and by bank transfer.

International payments: By bank transfer only.

Title and Risk

We shall retain title to all goods until payment is received in full. Risk in all goods will pass to you as soon as they have been delivered.

Availability

All wines offered are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a wine ordered and paid for is unavailable you will receive a refund as soon as

possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Our liability in this case is limited to refunding any sums paid to us in respect of the goods.

In addition, considering the rare or speculative nature of certain products, restrictions on the available quantities per customer have been applied. 

Conditions of Sale

You acknowledge that the offers on this website are reserved exclusively for private clients and products purchased from us are for your personal  

use only, or for their use as third party gifts. We do not sell, transfer or deliver In Bond and our wines are not available for re-export.

The descriptive and tasting notes on this website should only be used as a guide. All images, logos and text are copyright protected. Any other use

of the information on this website is strictly forbidden by any means without prior written permission.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations due to occasional circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
