Clos du Chapitre is one of only five premier cru vineyards in Fixin and a monopole for Guy & Yvan Dufouleur. The vines have an
average age of 65 years which produce small concentrated yields. A deep dark cherry colour with a complex and subtle nose of
black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), truffle and liquorice. Notes of earth, forest floor and musk evolve after ageing.
The medium-bodied flavors are pure and focused with a mineral streak supported by fine tannins. This is a well-balanced and
structured wine that delivers depth and good length.
