Jean-Baptiste's signature wine 'Montpalais' is from vines planted in the 1950s by his grandfather Lucien Ponsot. Aged for 12 months in
barrel (20% new oak) and 3 months of assembly in mass. An attractively fresh nose has a floral dimension which is quickly followed by
notes of citrus, pear and flint. The rich and concentrated middle weight flavors possess good complexity that conclude in a clean, long
and bitter lemon-infused finish.
