This is quite reserved with only grudging hints of red berries, damp earth and subtle spice that introduce
pure, racy and detailed middle weight flavors that display the classic mineral-inflected character of a fine
Lavault plus a superbly elegant and fine finish. This is really beautiful juice of grand cru caliber elegance
and finesse. In short, I very much like the purity and style this offers.
